With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and lots of space both inside and out this centrally located villa is perfect for the large group who need to be within walking distance of everything in Albufeira.
Centrally set between Oura and the Old Town, so whether you want to visit the Strip, the Old Town, Praia da Oura or Sao Joao you'll not be more than a 5-15 minute walk from any.
Inside the villa has 5 bedrooms ( 2 en-suite) and a large lounge/dining room.
Outside there's a beautiful pool area with shade for when the Algarve sun just gets a bit too much ( I know ...hard to believe!!).
There's a barbecue for balmy nights with friends outside.

We can also provide mobile wifi at an extra cost but you will find lots of places to log into the internet throughout the town - just the same as at home.
*Please note that air conditioning is included in the prices for July and August. At other times there is a supplement of 200 euros per week. This ensures that clients who travel outside the high season months do not have to pay extra if they prefer not to use the air-con.

Payment & Booking Terms
An extra two children can be accommodated at 150 euros per person per week.
**Please note air con is included in the price from July to the end of August. At other times it is an extra 200 euros per week paid on arrival. This helps keep the cost down in other seasons for those who don't require it.
Damages deposit of 80 euros or 100 euros per person for non-family groups.
For family groups 250 cash on arrival plus credit card details on arrival. Funds not debite
This is returned by bank transfer after your return home. It is not possible to return this in the resort as the villa has to be cleaned and the maid service will report any breakages / damage. Please ensure that those with large groups inform all members of the party.
30 per cent deposit on booking with the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
Card payments incur a 3.75pc charge
Customers can pay by bank transfer in GBP at no extra cost.
