Right in the heart of the tourist area of Albufeira this lovely 4 bedroom air conditioned holiday villa books early for the Algarve self-catering summer holiday season!
With a private pool, terraces, barbecue area and a stretch of lawn the villa is just a 10 minute walk to Oura Beach and the Strip.
The villa is also fully enclosed and alarmed.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are all within a short walk, but as you can see from the map the villa itself is in a quiet location with other similar properties.
There's also easy access to Albufeira Old Town - about a 20 minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride - meaning that this couldn't be more perfectly located for a family holiday in Albufeira.
With four bedrooms and a modern kitchen there's space for all the family or a group of friends or a few couples travelling together.
The double master room is en-suite and there is a triple room plus two twin bedrooms. One bathroom and an extra shower-room make this a more than comfortable villa.
Please note: Air conditioning is included in the price from June 1 to mid-September - at other times it is an optional extra of GBP15 per night.

This traditional Algarve holiday bungalow has it all - LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Quietly situated yet just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, nightlife and beaches.
Inside there's a bright open plan lounge and kitchen - with a separate eating area and lots of comfortable seating.
The four bedrooms also reflect the holiday home by the sea theme with simple colour schemes reflecting lots of that Algarve sunshine!
A revamped and modernised full bathroom and separate shower room show the owners' attention to detail inside.
But while the newly modernised interior is lovely all eyes lead out to the beautiful garden.
Real attention has been paid to making this a space that works for summer outdoor living. There's the private pool of course but there are also lawns, perfect for smaller children, a proper dedicated barbecue area and lots of lovely terracing leading right out from the house.
And to top it all the detached 4 bedroom self-catering Albufeira holiday villa is completely enclosed and is also alarmed for extra security.

7 night rental rates only in peak season. Shorter breaks at other times by arrangements - prices not pro-rata - please ask for a price.
Payment by card in both sterling and euros.
Security deposit of GBP500 or euro equivalent paid on arrival with return within 7-10 days of return (usually less).
Card authorisation also available for part of the deposit =- please ask for details.
Singles groups will pay a 100 euros per person cash deposit on arrival, also returned by bank transfer as above.
