This lovely Algarve 2 bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a modern apartment complex within view of the Old Town walls of vibrant, historical Lagos.
The self catering accommodation has been furnished and fitted to make it the perfect west Algarve holiday home, including having air con in both lounge & bedrooms.
And with a sofa bed for up to 2 small children the price for a family of up to six is fantastic value.
The centre of Lagos, with its Marina & countless shops, restaurants and cafés is a very short stroll & the beautiful secluded beach of Dona Ana is just a 15 minute walk.
You don't need transport to get about within Lagos but if you do hire a car there's secure underground parking. Perfect for golfers & surfers as Boavista is just a five minute drive and it's an easy 20 minutes to the west coast Atlantic rollers.
Because of its location this apartment is ideal for both summer and winter rentals. Additional heating charges may apply in winter.

This is a stylish modern apartment where it is possible to leave your car in the dedicated underground car park , and to walk to the local beaches, restaurants & coffee shops.

- The living room is comfortably and stylishly furnished with leather sofas, one of which makes into a sofa bed big enough for one adult or 2 small children. Thre is a flat screen satellite TV & built in DVD player.

- A corridor off the living room leads to the two bedrooms. The twin room has fitted wardrobes and air conditioning plus patio doors leading to the terrace. Beyond this, the double room again is fitted with air conditioning & wardrobe. There is a complete bathroom at the end of the corridor with modern fittings and underfloor heating.
The apartments have their own pool, within a terrace/lawned area. Also, very close by, is a new, large children's park with big green areas.
Underground parking is provided so once you are here it's possible to park your car and walk everywhere.
This apartment is ideal for both summer and winter lets. Boavista golf course is only a 5 minute drive away and many other golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Lagos offers restaurants to suit everyone's taste and budget and a walk along the promenade to the vibrant cosmopolitan marina is a recommended.

Payment & Booking Terms
A deposit of 10 euros per person for pool passes is required on arrival and is refundable subject to the return of all passes.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Note that for arrivals at the resort (not airport) after 9pm a 30 euros late charge will be applied, paid to the local manager on arrival.

Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
