If you're looking for a large self-catering villa for your holiday in the Algarve then this spacious 5 bedroom Albufeira holiday accommodation could be perfect for either a group looking for a stag or hen party or a large family get-together.
And it's absolutely ideal for a few families travelling together who want their own 'space', as it is set out as three separate self-catering apartments. ( But don't worry - it's just one private villa - you'll not find someone else sharing your terraace!!)
The layout out this spacious Albufeira holiday accommodation is that each group has its own kitchen and balcony, but everyone can then get together around the large pool with its massive terrace to soak up the sun or relax in the shade with a book.

The villa can sleep a maximum of 15 guests, but up to 10 - 12 adults maximum.

This Algarve villa accommodation sleeps up to 15, but this includes children sleeping on sofa beds, so please make sure that you are happy with the layout before booking.
Gated from the road and also gated from the back of the villa to the pool, this is a really secure family self-catering option. Within a short walk of everything Albufeira has to offer - including beaches such as Oura and Evaristo, entertainment, restaurants, cafes and the Strip there's nothing anyone will want for.
PLEASE NOTE: Air conditioning is included in the price from mid May to mid-September only. Outwith these times it is unlikely to be required and so is an optional extra - paid at 200 euros per week to the local manager on arrival.
3 self-contained apartments, each with own balcony and kitchen area over three levels.
The ground floor has one double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living area. One sofa bed is single and the other will take a max of two small children.
The 1st floor apartment has one double room and one twin room and also a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The top floor has one double room and one twin room.
Young children can sleep on each sofa bed making occupancy no more than 15.
Please be sure that you are ok with sofa beds before booking as we cannot provide additional beds.
**Please note that prices shown are for up to 14 guests - please ask for a price for larger parties and state the ages of all travelling.
A small discount for smaller parties may be available outwith the peak weeks.

Payment & Booking Terms
Prices include air-con from mid May to mid Sept only. optional extra for other dates. 200 euros per week on arrival.
Minimum charge for large groups / hen /stag parties who want weekend/short breaks - please ask for a price. The price for short stays is not pro-rata.
In July and August the minimum rental charge is always 7 nights.
For families the damage deposit is 400 Gbp/Euros cash on arrival with a further 400Gbp/euros covered by a card.
When groups no cards are accepted and the damage deposit is 100 Euros in cash per person, paid on arrival.
Cash deposits will be returned within 14 days of your return ( usually much sooner ) by bank transfer.
Prices shown are for payment by card via our secure booking site and there are no additional fees.
