This 3 bedroom detached Algarve self-catering villa with a private pool is in a great location just off the famous Albufeira 'Strip' and ideal for the family or group of friends who want an inexpensive villa close to everything that Albufeira has to offer.
Beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife and the Strip...all with an easy walk.
This Albufeira self-catering villa has three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, so as well as suiting families it is ideal for groups of adults who want a bed each.
There's a large private swimming pool sorrounded by lawned gardens - lots of space for the children to play and the adults to relax.

Set in one of the most sought after areas of Albufeira, with beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife all within a short stroll, this three bedroom detached villa is ideal for a family self-catering holiday in the Algarve.
The villa has a sitting area with sofa and table and chairs and a small kitchen. The kitchen has an oven hob, washing machine and fridge freezer - but we'd suggest it is equipped for those who prefer to eat out a lot of the time.
For its location this Albufeira villa offers fantastic value for money.
Ideal for the larger family or groups of friends who want to share. Small stag and hen groups are welcome.
It can sleep a maximum of six adults in beds and a further one adult or child or two very young children on the single size fold out sofa bed for an additional charge.

1 sofa bed - large single which can accommodate one adult or one child - we would suggest it is more suited to a child.
There is an extra charge per person of GBP100 per week.

Payment & Booking Terms
An additional person using the sofa bed is GBP100 paid on arrival.(in sterling or eurso)
Minimum 7 day rental charge in high season. Shorter stays available - price on request.
Air conditioning is included in the price from May 26 - September 15.
Additional GBP/euros150pw if required for other dates, paid on arrival.
30 per cent deposit on booking- balance 10 weeks before arrival.
Security / damages deposit payable on arrival. 100 euros per person for singles groups. 450 euros for the villa for families.
This is paid in cash on arrival...please ensure you tell all members of the group
All damages deposits are returned by bank transfer within 7-10 days of your holiday in your own currency..
Please note that if you have an arrival at the check-in office in Albufeira after 9pm and do not use our transfer service there will be an extra charge of 30 euros.
