This Albufeira 5 bedroom holiday rental villa is perfectly located for all the family.
It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with hardly any passing traffic, but is only minutes on foot from restaurants, nightlife and beaches.
The villa is detached and is set in an enclosed gated garden.
There are five good size bedrooms ( 2 en-suites) a large lounge / dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen.
The lovely terraces surround a beautiful pool and there are sunbeds and chairs and even an outside dining table.
Although you can see the views of the Old Town this is about 1 km away, but the local area is within just a few minutes walk of the Strip, Oura Beach, lots of restaurants, cafes etc.
Sleeping up to 12 guests the villa is ideal for the extended family or two families travelling together to share the cost.
We can also accept hen or stag groups with larger security deposits and have other villas in the same area if you need further accommodation nearby.

For young/single sex/hen/stag groups there is a 100e per person deposit to be paid in cash on arrival.
For family groups security bond is 50e per adult (16 and over) paid in cash on arrival.
These deposits are returned to your bank account within 7 days in the currency of your country after properties have been checked minus the cost of any damages, which will be discussed with clients before deduction.
Short stays of fewer than 7 nights accepted ( not in peak season) but these are not pro rata. Please enquire for a quote.
