This spacious five bedroom holiday villa is in a quiet residential street in Albufeira, halfway between Praia Da Oura - where you are minutes from the famous 'Strip' - and Albufeira Old Town.With its private pool, barbecue, patios and even a roof terrace, the detached villa is an easy walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants ...there's no need to hire a car.

Divided into two floors the villa has a bathroom and bedroom ( double bed ) and another full bathroom on the ground floor as well as a large open plan lounge with separate good sized fully equipped dining kitchen.

2 are doubles and one of these is en-suite with its own terrace

There is also a roof terrace with sea views, sun-beds and table & chairs ,

Tucked away in the residential area, this modern five bedroom holiday rental accommodation has spacious grounds and a lovely 7 x 3m private swimming pool.
The restaurants, shops and night life are just a 5 minute walk away, and the long sandy Fisherman's Beach is about a 7 minute walk.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels).
The open-plan kitchen has separate seating and all mod-cons including washing machine and dishwasher.
Outside the pool area is fully paved and an there is an ample supply of outdoor furniture.
Finally a brick built barbecue makes dining outside a real pleasure.

Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season although we can consider shorter breaks out of season- please ask.
Short and weekend breaks will not be pro-rata - please ask for price if you are looking for a stay of under one week.
A cash on arrival security deposit of 100e pp required for groups over age 25 and 150e per person for under 25s.
Families can pay 350E/GBP cash on arrival plus a credit card deposit of 450 on arrival. The credit card amount is blocked.
Cash is returned within 10 days by bank transfer ( usually earlier) - cards deposits are returned within 5 days.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport. Arrivals after 9pm incur a 25 euro charge when our transfers are not used.

loved this villa position was fab its quite basic but would definatley stay here again , we had a fantastic holiday and if we had a problem i just txd manager it was sorted imediatley cant ask more than that .

We stayed here in April with our two girls aged 13 and 19. What an amazing villa, much bigger than we expected. The villa is located in a very quiet area.,it is very spacious and well equipped..The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and beach.There are several large supermarkets within a ten minute walk, Lidl being the nearest and cheapest. We made good use of the barbecue and pool.,and the large roof terrace is great for sunbathing, with amazing views. Many thanks to the manager, who was very helpful and was always at hand if needed, we booked are transfers with him, and the taxi driver was a lovely man, who made us very welcome and gave us loads of information on places to visit. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Eduardo, who was a lovely gentleman, (sorry we didn''t get to drink all the port, it was very nice). We would highly recommend booking this villa, and hope to book later in the year. Many thanks to everyone for a lovely holiday. The Lyons family.
