With a total of 6 bedrooms this partially* air conditioned holiday rental villa & adjacent annexe is in the heart of Areias de São João / Praia da Oura - one of the most sought after Albufeira locations.
*Air con is in all bedrooms.
Beach, restaurants and shops all just a few minutes walk... no car required and we can arrange airport transfers.
The famous Albufeira 'Strip' - one long street jam packed with everything for all the family - stretching from Montechoro right down to the beach near Oura - is just a few minutes walk away.
Sleeping up to 16 people (14 adults and 2 children using sofa beds) the self catering Algarve holiday accommodation has a private pool and lawned gardens and is perfect for those who don't want to hire a car.
All rooms in both the main villa and annexe are on one level and so the property is suitable for disabled clients (although please note that this villa is not fitted with any disability aids - it is simply our consideration that the villa would not pose any great access problems to clients with some mobility issues).
The villa is fitted out in a cottage style with lots of plates on the walls etc ... it is simply but well furnished in a traditional Portuguese style and has all the 'mod cons' clients now expect.
In the main three bedroom villa there are also two sofa beds in the lounge area suitable for young children or an adult or two.
Be aware that, as you can imagine, when all sofa beds are in use there is not much room left in the lounge area!
Here's the layout:
The main villa has three bedrooms, each with two single beds, plus 2 sofa beds in the living area.
The kitchen in this villa has a washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms.
The annexe has two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a twin bedroom.
There is also a shower-room and small kitchen in the annexe.
There is a barbecue area at the back of the villa.
The pool is a good size, at 8 x 5 metres and the villa is enclosed by high walls and shrubs.
The villa is also alarmed and has a safe.
Early booking is recommended as this is a very popular Algarve holiday villa.

Payment & Booking Terms
Prices include air-con in all bedrooms from mid-July to the end ofAug.
200 € pw at other times.
Min 7 days in high season. For shorter stays outside peak season please ask for a price.
Payment by card/Paypal
35 per cent deposit - balance 10 weeks before arrival.
Damages deposit payable on arrival in cash 100 euros per person for singles groups.
Families - 500 euros/GBP. For family groups a card payment of 500 euros/GBP can be made before the trip with a cash deposit of 350 euros on arrival.
*Cash Deposits are returned within 7 working days by bank transfer in your own currency. Cards are refunded.
We can arrange a private return airport transfer.
Please note that if you have an arrival after 8pm and do not use our transfer service there will be an extra charge of 30 euros.
You will also need to call the local manager en-route from the airport to confirm your eta.
