This beautiful private estate is in a secluded, quiet country area with good access to Guia and the new Algarve Shopping complex, Albufeira and Galé beach. It is convenient for all the golf courses in Algarve, making it an excellent winter property for golfers.
There are magnificent views to the sea and the Monchique hills. It is set within 30 acres of vineyard which produces Sir Cliff Richard's Vida Nova wine.
The property is made up of two houses, the main Quinta (4 bedrooms) and the Cottage (3 bedrooms). The 3 bedroom cottages is detailed below. See Ref. 90 for the 4-bedroom house and Ref. 87 for rental of both proprties jointly.
The beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is ideal for one or two couples in the winter months and the price can be negotiated with the owner for short or extended stays.
The 3 bedroom Cottage comprises :
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath with shower fitting). - Twin bedroom with bathroom en suite (bath with shower fitting). - Twin bedroom. - Bathroom (bath with shower fitting). - Open plan kitchen with hob top, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. - Living room with Satellite TV (BBC card).
Outside :
- There is a large terrace with built in table, seats and covered BBQ and a small lawn and pool. - Outdoor furniture. - The Cottage has a 9 x 4.5m pool. - Pool heating is also available but must be booked in advance (charge 175GBP per week).
A new hard tennis court was built in 2001 and is for the use of both houses. There is a resident tennis coach who can be booked for lessons.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Prices are for 2007 for up to 6 persons sharing. Discounts for parties of 3 or less (not Jul/Aug) - please ask.
Rental takes affect from 1400 on day of arrival to 1000 on day of departure.
Changeover days Thursday or Saturday but can be flexible - please ask.
For winter guests, gas central heating and log burning fire available - Jan - April prices include fuel.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you. We can also arrange transfers from the airport.
