This beautiful private estate is in a secluded, quiet country area with good access to Guia and the new Algarve Shopping complex, Albufeira and Galé beach. It is convenient for all the golf courses in Algarve, making it an excellent winter property for golfers.
There are magnificent views to the sea and the Monchique hills. It is set within 30 acres of vineyard which produces Sir Cliff Richard's Vida Nova wine.
The property is made up of two houses, which can be rented together (see Ref 87) or seperately. The main Quinta (4 bedrooms) is detailed below and for the 3-bed Cottage see Ref. 92.
The 4-bedroom Quinta comprises : - Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. - Twin bedroom with separate bathroom (bath with shower fitting). - Twin bedded room (bath with shower fitting). - First floor bedroom with double/twin convertable bed and shower room. - Large family kitchen, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, large hob top and oven, micro wave, electic kettle and toaster. - seperate breakfast room with 8 seater dining table. - Spacious living room, comfortably furnished with family antiques. - Air conditioning. - Satellite TV (BBC card), DVD and a baby grande piano. - Dining Area with natural stone walls, terracota flooring and more antiques!
Outside : - The pool terraces have an attractive BBQ and the extensive gardens with have ample lawns and flowers. - There is a roof top terrace with a distinctive 'Miradouro' (viewpoint) . - The door to this terrace is locked and is opened at clients discretion. - Outdoor furniture. - The Farmhouse has a large heatable swimming pool (12 x 6m) Heating charged at GBP225 per week, please book in advance.
A new hard tennis court was built in 2001 and is for the use of both houses. There is a resident tennis coach who can be booked for lessons.
There is an alarm system installed and also electric entrance gates which ensure privacy.

Rental notes:
Prices are for 2007 for up to 8 persons sharing. Discounts for parties of 5 or less (not Jul/Aug) - please ask.
Rental takes affect from 1400 on day of arrival to 1000 on day of departure.
Changeover days Thursday or Saturday but can be flexible - please ask.
For winter guests, gas central heating and log burning fire available - Jan - April prices include fuel.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you. We can also arrange transfers from the airport.
