There are magnificent views to the sea and the Monchique hills. It is set within 30 acres of vineyard which produces Sir Cliff Richard's Vida Nova wine.
The property is made up of two houses, the main Quinta (4 bedrooms) and the Cottage (3 bedrooms).
The entrance is used by both properties. When rented separately they are totally independent, when rented as one property they are close enough for fun and private enough for comfort.

A new hard tennis court was built in 2001 and is for the use of both houses. There is a resident tennis coach who can be booked for lessons.

Rental notes:
Prices are for 2007 for up to 14 persons sharing.
Rental takes affect from 1400 on day of arrival to 1000 on day of departure.
Changeover days Thursday or Saturday but can be flexible - please ask.
For winter guests, gas central heating and log burning fire available - Jan - April prices include fuel.
Car hire is recommended to make the most of your visit to the Algarve and we can arrange this for you. We can also arrange transfers from the airport.
