This luxury Algarve villa is available for all year round holiday rentals in the popular seaside resort of Albufeira.
Set in a quiet prestigious estate of high quality individually designed villas this is a hard to find self catering property.
You'll have every luxury to hand - there are even televisions in two of the air conditioned bedrooms - and you don't have to hire a car. Walk to shops, restaurants, beaches, nightlife, attractions etc.... or just laze around your own private pool - it is your choice!
Albufeira Strip, The Old Town, Praia da Oura (beach), too many restaurants to count, bars, cafés and shops...are all within a short walk.
Activities for all the family, especially the children, such as Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and many other Water Parks....Krazy World Zoo, body boarding, water sports...and much much more...are alll within a few minutes by car, taxi or bus. Or do as most Albufeira visitors do and simply book with one of the many local agencies and let them do all the work - you can book trips to all of the Water Parks and attractions.
Great for couples and the extended family as it has four double bedrooms. We can add two extra single beds for children if required at a small extra charge per person.
This detached Algarve villa can sleep a maximum of ten.
Sleeping arrangements:
4 King size Bedrooms, 2 en-suite. 2 bedrooms share a full size bathroom and there is an additional cloakroom with wc. Up to two additional children can be accommodated on folding beds for a supplement.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 8 people sharing.
If required the extra beds for the children will be charged at 75 GBP/euros per child per week
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
A security deposit of 800 Euros will be required on arrival. This can be covered by a credit card authorisation.
The prices include the air-conditioning.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We recommend car hire to make the most of your holiday in the Algarve. Please refer to our web site prices if car rental is required. We offer some of the most competitive rates available in the Algarve.
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
