This lovely one bedroom apartment is on one of the newest and probably last beachside resorts in Albufeira - 250 metres through the private gated access and you are on the beach in Forte São Jõao, Albufeira.
The apartment is on the same level as the pool and you can sit on the terrace and watch the children in the pool with the amazing beach just beyond.
The bedroom has double size bed and living room has a sofa-bed and an additional guest bed so this room, with the sliding kitchen door closed, can effectively be used as a second bedroom.
Two sets of towels are provided for each person & one clean per week included.
The beaches in the Algarve are generally all quite amazing but in this part of Albufeira you'll enjoy the best of the best...and in just a couple of minutes walk.
The resort of Barracuda is secure and for guests only and entry is by a special key fob (2 provided with a refundable deposit on arrival).
There is a tennis court for guests - no charge but take your own equipment...a good sized shared pool plus a separate children's pool...a purpose made barbecue area...and lots of garden space around the buildings.
The apartment itself has 1 double bedroom, living/dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, full cooking facilities etc.
The large balcony can be accessed from both rooms looks out over the pool and onto that fantastic sea view.
An ideal Algarve self catering apartment close to the beach for a couple or a young family.

Tariff per week for up to 5 people sharing (max. 3 adults).

Security deposit on arrival of 200 euros for 2 electronic access fob keys - returned on departure when fobs are returned.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Currency conversions where applicable are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance at the XE.com rate less 2 points.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
