This is one of two lovely side-by-side townhouses we can offer in Lakeside Village.
With their own private heatable pools (charge for pool heating) each property has a living area overlooking the pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen area.
Here's how this 2 bedroom townhouse is laid out :
- Pretty, well tended garden - Entrance leads to modern kitchen with adjacent storage room. - Attractive living room in pastel colours leads to terrace and pool area. - Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with full en suite bathrooms - Master bedroom has a double bed and delightful sun terrace overlooking the pool - Twin bedroom has twin beds and full en suite - Upper roof terrace has lovely views across the development towards the lake.
Outdoors there are covered and uncovered terraces, plenty of furniture for outdoor dining & four sun loungers for catching those rays. There's also a barbecue for cooking those authentic Algarvian al fresco dinners.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 4 people sharing.
Pool heating, if required, is 140 euros per week extra.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Currency conversions are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance at the XE.com rate less 2 points.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
