With occupancy on two floors, the main living and separate dining area are on the upper level with fantastic views and direct access via a staircase to the private pool and garden.
There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a shower- room and additional wc - so lots of space for the extended family or more than one family travelling together.

This 4 bedroom villa is on the Alto Club at Alvor and is fully air conditioned.
The main living area is on the first floor level and includes a spacious lounge with free to view satellite TV.
You'll want to dine al-fresco for most of the year in the Algarve but there is also a separate dining room and the villa benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with all the usual modern appliances, including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Also on this floor are three bedrooms. One of these is a double and benefits from having an en-suite bathroom. The other two are twin and share a bathroom.
There is also a guest WC on this level.
The lower ground level has a third twin bedroom with shower room and doors out to the pool terrace. This room is ideal for teenagers or grandparents as it gives them their own private space with easy access to the pool and garden.
Access to a raised terrace is from the lounge which then has steps down to the pool area where another terrace provides lots of space for sunbathing...that's what you are going to the Algarve for, after all!
But when the sun gets too much there's also a covered area for welcome shade.
A built in barbecue is close to the terrace and pool area.
The spacious private garden has lots of lawn for the children to play in.
