This spacious 6 bedroom + 2 bedroom annexe Algarve holiday rental villa, with its own swimming pool & private tennis court, is within walking distance of the sandy beaches close to Galé & Sao Rafael, just a 5 - 10 minute drive west of the main part of Albufeira.
Sleeping from up to 20 this is ideal for large group and family holidays. Organising a Stag or Hen do? Not a problem.
Want to take the in-laws on holiday? Don't worry there's plenty of room to have your own space.
Sixteen of you leaving school at the same time and want to have a big party in the sun? We can handle that.
The villa itself has 6 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 16 - but this will include sofa beds and sharing.
For larger groups ( 20 max) there is an annexe sleeping up to four.
With its own tennis court, a table tennis table, large private pool & huge garden the self-catering accommodation is for those who want the extra benefits but without the price tag!
Easy walking distance of local amenities - including beach & restaurants.
And if the bright lights of nearby Albufeira beckon it's just a short taxi ride away.
The villa is only a 15 - 20 minute walk from Coelha Beach and Castelo & Evaristo Beaches can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes more. These sit between the beaches of Galé and São Rafael - see the map below for location.

A lovely, detached 6 bedroom villa with its own private pool and tennis court, all set in a 2500 square metre garden plot within walking distance of lovely beaches, restaurants and mini market.
Downstairs is a hallway, WC, large lounge with bar, TV/DVD etc. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room. Also downstairs are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Upstairs - where all bedrooms have private balconies - there are :
- One double bedroom with a bathroom
- One twin bedroom with en suite bathroom
- Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms
Four of the bedrooms can each take an extra single bed for larger groups.
Outside is that fantastic large pool - dimensions 14.5 metres x 5 metres, PLUS :
- Your own private tennis court
- Garden and grounds extending to 2500 sq m
- Barbecue
- Terraces, including a covered dining area
- Parking for three cars
The house is not air conditioned..but it was built to stay cool in the Algarve summers and warm in the winter.
The villa is available for all year round rentals and in the low and mid season we can offer short breaks.
We'll even be happy to accept large groups ( cash security deposits apply) including hen and stag parties. Weekend stays will incur an extra charge and not be pro-rata the weekly rate. Weekend and short breaks are not available in July & August. (You can book the shorter stay but will pay the weekly rate)
This is a much sought after villa in an exclusive location. The resort of Albufeira is just a few minutes away by car or taxi and the lovely Albufeira marina is even closer.
It is a villa very much in the Portuguese sryle and owned by a Portuguese family who live next door.

For those with a car, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches - even within 10 to 15 minutes drive! There are lots of other attractions also within this distance - Zoomarine, Shopping areas & supermarkets, water parks and many, many great restaurants. Come here once & guaranteed you'll be back for more!
Sleeping up to 16 in the villa itself this is a hard to find holiday property at a great price. (Please note that prices below are for up to 12) - additional charge for each additional person - please enquire.

Payment & Booking Terms
Additional charge for larger groups - please ask for a price.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Long weekend / short breaks at other times subject to availability - please ask.
Can sleep up to 16 in the main house and another 4 in the additional annexe.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of 80 Euros per person will be required on arrival. For singles/young groups/hen and stag parties ONLY a cash deposit - returned 7 days after your departure - will be accepted.
For family groups a card authorisation of GBP/Euros 500 can be accepted, but please note the amount will be blocked on your card. There will also be a 250 euros CASH deposit required on arrival - terms as above.
Deposits refunded with 7-10 days by bank transfer in your own currency. Cards refunded normally within 72hrs.
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
