This apartment has been built and furnished with the best of everything.
The lounge & bedroms are fitted with remote controlled air conditioning and electric shutters. The lounge is furnished with corner sofa, and dining table for six people, there is also a fully stocked bookcase ( take a book/leave a book) and double doors to terrace. There are flat screen TVs in both the lounge and main bedroom.
The main bedroom has twin beds, while the second bedroom has a five foot double bed and door leading to terrace. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi bath and both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard and has all modern appliances, breakfast bar, and solid granite counter tops.
Outside there is a lovely terrace with dining table that seats six persons comfortably plus two reclining sun chairs. The terrace also has a built-in barbeque.
As well as the electric shutters on all windows, the front door is steel plated with a multi lock dead bolt system. Underground parking is also available.
The development has its own pool area and a fully equipped health club/gym ovelooking Burgau beach and its famous beach bar. The beach is less than a ten minute walk away.
The bustling andhistoric town of Lagos is just a ten minute drive away, and a similar length of drive will take you either east or west respectively to the golf courses at Boavista or Parque da Floresta.
