This is a fully equipped one bedroom, two storey apartment that comfortably sleeps 2-4. It has sea and pool views and there is lift & stair access.
There are two large private rooftop terraces with furniture. The front terrace is South facing and has sea and pool views. The rear terrace has a built-in barbecue. Together, the terraces benefit from the sun throughout the day.
The apartment has a large living area with two single sofa beds; TV with English channels; DVD player; CD player. Patio doors lead out on to the large front terrace with pool and sea views.
The bedroom is furnished with twin single beds and has a built in wardrobe. Again patio doors lead out on to the balcony with sea and pool views. The adjacent bathroom is fitted with a shower.
Off the lounge area is an open plan kitchen, complete with all appliances including a dishwasher; washing machine and microwave.
The resort has a swimming pool with a separate children’s section and there are plenty of sun loungers.
A poolside sports bar (with pool table) serves reasonably priced snacks and drinks. It is open from 09:00 am until late.
The resort has tennis, volleyball and football courts, all available for hire through the sports bar.
Ample free car parking.
2/3 minute walk to local supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee bars/bars, lots of shops, restaurants and a good variety of fast food outlets.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
