This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building noticeable by its deep red coloured facade & it is ideally located almost opposite the vibrant, cosmopolitan marina of Lagos and access to the centre of town is just a short walk away.

This apartment is ideal for a family holiday or even a winter getaway and really should be seen to be fully appreciated.

On entering the apartment you walk into a spacious hallway with a feature mirror, console table & modern spotlights fitted into the ceiling. To the left are the two bedrooms and in front of you is the bathroom.

One bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and partial views out to the marina and the main promenade in Lagos.

There is only one bathroom but it is fitted with a bath as well as a shower over the bath and is tiled and fitted out in an attractive modern style.

The apartment has wooden floors throughout, except in the kitchen area, and all fittings and cupboards are white, which adds to the bright and airy feeling this apartment offers. The apartment is spacious and from the wide hallway you walk into the open plan living room and dining room area.

The living room is comfortably and modernly furnished and one of the two sofas converts into a bed sleeping 2 children or 1 adult (comfortably). There is a TV with a DVD/stereo system and access from here to the covered terrace area.

The terrace overlooks a new square with mature gardens and beyond to the recently finished, modernly designed Town Hall. The terrace of the apartment has the quirky feature of a rough plastered roof which to some might look unfinished, but is in fact part of the unique modern design of the building. Table and chairs are also provided for your comfort & al-fresco dining.

There is a dining table that sits six and also a kitchenette which is equipped with every modern appliance necessary to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible,

Lagos has much to offer the young and the old and the cobbled streets are full of restaurants and cafés catering to every taste and budget. The 5 km stretch of the the golden sands of Meia Praia beach is a 20 minute walk away and this is just one of the many beautiful beaches the rugged coastline of Lagos has to offer.
