The villa has a private pool, which can be heated if required and, as an added bonus, there is a panoramic roof terrace with a wide sea view and from where the famous black rock of Luz can also be seen.

Luz centre & beach is just a few minutes walk away and here there are lots of shops, restaurants & beachside cafes - everything you need for your Algarve holiday in the sun.

This modern 4 bedroom, self catering villa is on two levels; the top level is where the living room and kitchen are situated, making the most of the wonderful sea views the house has to offer, while the lower level is where the all the bedrooms are all located.

On entering the house you will find the good sized kitchen on your right hand side. The kitchen is bright and airy and fully equipped, while the washing machine and tumble dryer are found in a small utility room just off the front door.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and here there is also a dining area with a large dining room table. The living room is equipped with a DVD player, a small stereo unit and a plasma screen TV with freeview satellite.

Off the living room is a wonderful terrace which runs the length of the property and has a table and chairs - ideal for eating al fresco while taking in the stunning sea view. There is also a WC on the upper level.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level. Bedroom 1 consists of a double bed and has a complete bathroom en-suite (with bath) and direct access to the pool. The second bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds and also has a complete en-suite bathroom plus access to the pool area. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a shower room and are fitted with 2 single beds each. These last two bedrooms also have access to a separate small courtyard.

All of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning (hot & cold) and all have fitted wardrobes.

The pool can be heated at an extra cost of 150 euros per week and there is also access to the pool via an external staircase from the upstairs lounge terrace.

This villa has been comfortably and tastefully furnished and, due to its location, would offer a peaceful retreat with all your home comforts but with all the facilities that the resort of Luz offers just a stroll away.

As the house is equipped with central heating it can also be enjoyed off season for those wanting a winter break, or perhaps a longer stay.

The village of Luz offers plenty of traditional shops, bars and restaurants, something for everyone and is situated in a perfect position for some of the many golf courses this area has to offer.
