This is a recently upgraded first floor, two bedroom self catering holiday rental apartment in a lovely complex adjacent to the Royal Golf Course at Vale do Lobo.

This is a lovely resort - surrounded by lawns and trees.

With 3 all-weather tennis courts (plus instructors), a newly opened restaurant and just a 15 minute walk to the beach & Praça area you will want for nothing for your Algarve holiday in the sun!

Recently renovated and refurnished with modern soft furnishings and rustic olive-wood furniture. New kitchen, upgraded bathroom and shower room.

Apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. High chair, baby cot and foldaway bed available at no extra cost. Twin bedroom can be made up into additional master bedroom.

Accommodation
Bathrooms (2): 1 bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, large lit mirror and toiletries. 1 shower room with large tiled shower, toilet, large lit mirror and toiletries.
Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full compliment of utensils, crockery and cookware.
Utility Room: Beach umbrella, ironing board, iron and cleaning products.
Living Rooms: TV, heating, air conditioning, DVD player and DVDs.
Other: Welcome basket, children's books and toys.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users. Suitable for restricted mobility (12 steps to reach front of apartment). Apartment is suitable for small children.

Outside
This resort is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The complex is set in a hectare of beautiful, mature and well tended gardens.

The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggies.

Newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire.

There are also 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court - tennis instructors are available on-site all year round. Guests have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire.

It is only a 2 minute walk from the complex to the local supermarket, cash machine and medical centre. A 10 minute walk to the post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc.

Coast/Beach
Vale do Lobo beach is an easy 15 minute stroll through the resort. It is a safe, clean, 'blue flag' beach for families. The entire beach coastal area near Vale do Lobo has wide sandy beaches that you can walk along for many miles. At all ‘concession’ beaches there are sun loungers are for hire. Golf
Golfing weekends can be arranged. There is plenty of storage space for your golf clubs in the apartment - they don't need to share the sofa with you! Supermarkets
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago both have Ali mini-supermarkets. Almancil (5 minutes drive) has Apolonia Supermarket with an excellent continental selection of foods and wine (they accept all major credit cards).

Sightseeing
Most sightseeing tours offer a pickup/dropoff bus service from Vale do Lobo. The Algarve offers numerous attractions from adrenalin packed adventure to more leisurely pursuits.

In the apartment is a well stocked folder with details of all the attractions so you can read at leisure.

Minimum Rental Period: 7 Nights

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Payment currency notes:
Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 5 sharing (max. 3 adults) or otherwise for 4 people.

Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.

A security deposit is to be paid before arrival, which will be refunded as appropriate up to 14 days after departure.

Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.

Credit/debit card payments (both sterling & euros) : + 3.75%.

Currency conversions are calculated on the day of paying the deposit / balance based on the XE.com rate.

July and August rental price includes daily maid service. Mid season includes 2 maid services per week and low season has 1 maid service per week.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.

We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
