It's only a five minute stroll to the beach and a five minute drive into Lagos or to the nearest golf course, at Boavista.

This is a brand new self catering holiday rental assortment on the first floor of a luxury development.

It has two bedrooms - the master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydrotherapy bath & shower. The other bedroom is a twin and this has an adjacent shower room.

The kitchen is modern, bright and practical and has the usual 'mod cons', such as washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. The balcony off the outside the kitchen has views over to the Monchique hills in the distance.

The lounge & dining room looks out onto another balcony. This overlooks the pool area and the attractive lanscaped gardens and has views over to the Atlantic Ocean. There are two comfortable settees (one of which converts into a double bed suitable for up to two children), a large colour TV (satellite) and a DVD/CD player.

There is background sound system in the lounge, bedrooms and kitchen plus air conditioning is in the lounge and in both bedrooms.

The large balcony off the lounge catches the sun all day and is ideal for eating al-fresco while still enjoying the beautiful views until the late evening.

The apartment is only a short walk to Porto de Mós beach and a 5 minute drive to the nearest golf course, Boavista. It's also just a 5 minute drive to the old, historic town of Lagos with its many restaurants, bars & shops and new marina. There is a private parking space in the underground garage at the apartment.
