Right in the heart of the pretty old village centre in Burgau are these 2 x one bedroom apartments. Each has its own separate entrance and so they can be let individually - but this also makes a great base for those travelling together who want to retain their own independence.
The 1st apartment is on the 1st floor above a small snack bar and sleep 2 and the 2nd floor apartment ( top) sleeps 2 in the bedroom and a further two children on living room sofa bed.

If you like a traditional village setting just a few steps from the beach - where you can still watch the local fishermen tend their nets - then you will love these apartments.
Set in the main cobbled street that leads down from Burgau village centre to the beach these apartments have been totally renovated to make the most of an old village house.
The first floor apartment has a double bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, lounge, patio doors onto "juliette style" balcony. (No outside sitting space but you can stand at your balcony with patio doors open and watch the world go by. You'll be in a café or on the beach in a minute or less!)
The second (top) floor apartment has a double bedroom, shower room, kitchen, lounge with sofa bed which converts to 2 singles, terrace with fantastic village and seaviews. Rustic tiled rooftops, cobbled streets and the sea are all on view...this really is proper Algarve village life at its best.
And while the location may be rustic there's nothing antiquated about the property. The UK owners have renovated and equipped to the highest standard - in Burgau this is where traditional meets modern and works.
The bedrooms can be kingsize double bed or twin, as required. Kitchens are fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and all usual appliances.
Lounges have DVD, television and music centre. Wafer heaters in lounges and bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements:
Kingsize or twin beds. Let us know in advance and they will be made up accordingly.
The 2nd flooor apartment sleeps an extra 2 people on the although ideally suited to couples. There is a small additional charge for this (see letting notes)

Rental notes:
Prices quoted are for 2 people sharing the top floor apartment with balcony and sea view.
The first floor property sleeps max of 2 and does not have an external balcony but has 'Juliette' type patio doors overlooking the pretty cobbled street below. For the 1st floor apartment please deduct 50 euros / GBP 35 per week from the rental costs displayed.
For an additional two children on sofa bed in top floor apartment please add 50 euros / GBP 35 per week to cover additional laundry costs - thank you.
The property can be let from any day of week as long as fits in with other bookings - please enquire.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
Security / damages deposit is payable at some properties on arrival or with balance payment.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
