This self-catering holiday rental villa 3 has bedrooms (2 singles and a double) all with en-suite bathrooms, a practical kitchen and a comfortable and bright living room/dining room with a smaller separate TV room.
The villa has a good-sized pool terrace and is situated within landscaped gardens. It is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, ensuring you all the comforts of home.
The pool can be heated, if required, for an extra 150 euros per week.
Located 10 km west of Lagos on the EN125, close to the exit for Burgau. With the opening of the new motorway extension to the western Algarve, the journey time from Faro International Airport is now under 60 minutes.
The beach at the picturesque fishing village of Burgau is just three minutes by car, while the historic port of Lagos, with its colourful markets, attractive marina and vibrant nightlife, is only ten minutes away. The spectacular surfing beaches of the west coast Algarve are also only 20 minutes away.

Tariff per week for up to 6 people sharing. folding beds can be provided for additional children for a supplement of 18 euros per day per bed.
Minimum 7 days rental as this villa is only available during peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
