This 5 bedroom self catering rental villa at Vale de Parra, 5 miles west of Albufeira, has spacious gardens and also boasts a shared tennis court with its neighbouring villa.
It also has its own games room with a pool table.
There is a large private pool (10 x 5.5 metres), which can be heated if required.( 150 euros per week)
There are attractive country views towards Praia de Galé ( Galé beach) - one of the most beautiful stretches of golden sandy beach in the Algarve - and the sea in the distance. Salgados Golf Course and the famous Pera Marsh Bird Sanctuary are also just minutes away - if you are very luckly you wil see hundreds of flamingoes on the marsh - take your camera and binoculars.
From villa to beach by car is about 5 minutes.
Galé beach has three first class beach bar restaurants - serving everything from a toastie to 5 star á la carte....and there are of course dozens of other bars and restaurants to suit all pockets in and around the area.
There is also a fantastic new supermarket - Apolonia - just a few minutes drive from the villa, so you won't have to travel far to stock up.
The villa is ideal for both families looking for peace and quiet without being isolated or golfing parties with Salgados golf course less than 5 minute drive away!

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:

Air conditioning, if required is 80 euros per week extra.
Pool heating 150 euros per week.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Changeover day Saturday only at this villa in peak season - can be flexible at other times. NO hen or stage parties...sorry.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by card in euros or sterling. Any country credit card accepted - but payment will be processed in either euros or sterling. Cards incur a charge of 3.75pc 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
Credit/debit card payments : + 3.75%.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
