A spacious four bedroom holiday rental apartment at Praia da Luz in the western Algarve.
The living/dining area is open plan and is furnished & decorated to a high standard. Opening up onto a roomy balcony with patio furniture that will provide a view out over the resort complex and pool areas, or of Luz rock & Praia da Luz.
With a fully fitted and modern kitchen found to one side equipped with dishwasher, washing machine microwave, and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom offers a double bed with fully fitted wardrobes, whilst the main bathroom comes fitted with bath and shower attachment.
All apartments are fully equipped, including :

Rental notes:

Tariff is per property per week for up to 8 people sharing.
At check-in, guests will be required to leave a security deposit of € 250 to cover any damage to the property during their stay. This can be taken on credit card.
There are sofa beds and/or folding beds additionally available for some apartments to accommodate additional children - these incur a supplement of 70 euros per person per week, if required.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
