This is a lovely semi-detached villa located only an 8 minute walk thorough shady African pine trees to uncrowded and famous Ancão beach.
The villa has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies.
There is a large living room with a dining area, a fireplace and sliding door leading to the terrace. Large fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Upstairs there is a private roof terrace with lovely ocean views where you can relax and soak up the sun.
There are several close restaurants by the sea, plus many, many more high standard restaurants, bar, sports facilities and shops in the immediate Golden Triangle area.
The villa has its own private plunge pool on the terrace. There is also a portable barbecque on the patio.
- 3 minute walk to 5 star hotel.
- 3 km to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, with lovely boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets.
- Short distance also to golf, tennis courts, water sports, horse riding, children's playground, and much more.

Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for for up to 4 people sharing (max 4 adults).
Up to two extra people can be accommodated at an additional price of GBP 100 / 150 euros per person per week.

Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
