These are a lovely semi-detached villas located only an 8 minute walk thorough shady African pine trees to uncrowded and famous Ancão beach.
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES OR GROUPS WHO WISH TO HOLIDAY TOGETHER BUT RETAIN A DEGREE OF INDEPENDENCE.
Each villa has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies.
There is a large living room with a dining area, a fireplace and sliding door leading to the terrace. Large fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc.
Upstairs there is a private roof terrace with lovely ocean views where you can relax and soak up the sun.
There are several close restaurants by the sea, plus many, many more high standard restaurants, bar, sports facilities and shops in the immediate Golden Triangle area.
The villas each have their own private plunge pool on the terrace and there is free access to the garden hotel swimming pools. There is also a portable barbeque on the patio.
- 3 minute walk to 5 star hotel.
- 3 km to Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, with lovely boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets.
- Short distance also to golf, tennis courts, water sports, horse riding, children's playground, and much more.
All in all a great location for an Algarve holiday that's both fun-filled and relaxing.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week PER PROPERTY for up to 4 people sharing each villa (max 4 adults per property).
Up to two extra children can be accommodated in each villa at an additional price of GBP 100 / 150 euros per person per week.
Note: there are two identical villas side-by-side, which can be let together for larger groups if required and depending on availability - prices are the same for each. Each villa can of course be let individually at the price shown if the two are both are not required.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
