This attractive villa, which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, is set in grounds of 8,000 m² with mature palms and shrubs. It is located on the Mata Porca hillside to the western side of Praia da Luz with lovely sea views.

The beach and village are about a 20 minute walk. It is a very child-friendly villa - the whole property is walled and gated; the pool is gated; there is a large lawned play area with swings and the house is all on one level, making it also attractive for the elderly or disabled.

This is a very comfortable well equipped family holiday rental villa at a very affordable price. The kitchen is very modern with washing machine and dishwasher.

The pool is 8 x 4m and there is a poolside shower. Gas barbecue and very sheltered covered dining area opening onto attractive terraces and gardens which are illuminated at night.

Entrance hall. Very comfortable and spacious sitting room with patio doors to the terrace. German and English satellite TV. Separate dining room, also with patio doors. Very modern kitchen with granite work surfaces. Cloakroom.

In the west wing of the house is a huge family suite. Enormous master bedroom with twin beds, sofas, coffee table, satellite TV, walk-in closet, large, modern en-suite shower-room. Patio doors lead onto a private terrace with water fountain feature and sea views. There is also a small single room suitable for a child.

The east wing has one bed/sitting room with twin beds and walk-in closet; a children’s room with double bed and a modern shared shower-room.

All rooms have airconditioning/heating.
All bedrooms have mosquito screens on the windows and mosquito nets over the beds.
