If you can drag yourself away from either the pool or the beach it is a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the cliff tops to the centre of Luz.

This is a lovely detached 3 bedroom villa in the now very popular western Algarve - 2kms either way to the villages of Burgau and Luz.
The larger town of Lagos is about 10 - 15 minutes by car.

There is a 10 x 5m private swimming pool, which can be heated at an extra charge set in an attractive garden with lawn area, fruit trees and flowering shrubs.

The self catering holiday villa is walled and gated and tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has fantastic sea views from the living area and pool terrace. There is optional air con in the bedrooms at a charge.

Entrance hall and cloakroom.
Spacious living room with patio doors to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. A few steps lead up to the dining room from which there is access to the large modern fully fitted kitchen.

Outside the kitchen there is another, west facing, covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and access to the pool area.

Master bedroom has an extra large double bed and en-suite bathroom; sofa bed for child available; a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a second bathroom.
