This is a spacious detached 2 bedroom holiday rental villa in a very peaceful situation about 3 minutes walk from the centre of the village and surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside. Also being next door to Ref. 652 the two villas are an excellent choice for larger groups or two families wishing to be near each other. It is also very child friendly & suitable for the disabled.
The villa has a large 9 x 4 m swimming pool surrounded by terraces and a pretty garden with lawn and flowering shrubs; a marble table for outside dining, sun beds with mattresses, sun umbrella and barbecue.
Large fully fitted and equipped kitchen (including washing machine) with dining area.
Spacious attractively furnished lounge/dining room with patio doors to a partly covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Two spacious twin-bedded rooms, both with built-in wardrobes and one with patio doors to the pool terrace. All the beds have mosquito nets & there are bedroom fans.
Bathroom with marble-topped vanity unit and WC; separate shower with WC.
Both these popular holiday resorts have lovely sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, discos and a variety of sports facilities. Almadena has a couple of little mini-markets, 3 good restaurants, a few bars and a good bus service operates to Lagos some 12 kms away.
