This lovely 4 bedroom west Algarve holiday villa, which is all on one level and walled and gated for privacy, is in a very quiet location on the clifftops between Praia da Luz and Burgau. It stands in extensive private grounds which include a vineyard stretching almost to the ocean front. Not many holiday villas offer their own vineyard AND a sea view & heatable private swimming pool.
The kidney-shaped pool is approximately 10 x 5m, has a solar cover and can be heated at a supplementary cost. It is surrounded by terracing with plenty of garden furniture. There is an adjacent children’s playroom with satellite. TV, shower and toilet. Lovely lawn and garden area with mature flowering shrubs and fruit trees.
The entire villa has recently been refurbished and the accommodation offered is extremely comfortable and attractive. This includes a modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, complete with washing machine & dishwasher.
Very spacious dining/sitting room with sea views. Sliding doors lead to lovely conservatory with superb views over the vineyard to the ocean.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe with mirror doors, patio doors to terrace and sea views. En-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and double vanity unit.
Second double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, pretty hand-painted Alentejo furniture and doors to terrace. Two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
