This three bedroom villa is in a quiet and very pretty residential area just 1 km from the centre of Praia da Luz with its lovely sandy beach, good supermarkets and many restaurants. Water sports, tennis, riding and golf are all within a short drive.
This 3 bedroom villa has fantastic sea views from its corner plot and is walled and gated to provide privacy and security.
The self catering holiday villa is surrounded by lawns and many flowering shrubs and has extensive sea views. The lovely 8 x 4 m swimming pool has a large terrace, partly covered to provide a shady dining area. Table and chairs, sun beds with mattresses, sun umbrella and a built-in barbecue all join forces to make this a place where all the family can have a great Algarve holiday.
As if that wasn´t enough there is an additional rooftop sun terrace with superb seaviews.
Apart from 3 steps between the hall/bedrooms and the living room, the villa is all on one level, making it ideal for small children or the elderly.
