Luz Parque is a quiet and very pretty residential area just 1 km from the centre of Praia da Luz with its lovely sandy beach, good supermarkets and many restaurants. Water sports, tennis, riding and golf are all within a short drive.
This 3 bedroom villa stands on a corner plot and is walled and gated to provide privacy and security. The villa is surrounded by lawns and many flowering shrubs and has extensive sea views. The lovely 8 x 4 m swimming pool has a large terrace, partly covered to provide a shady dining area. Table and chairs, sun beds with mattresses, sun umbrella, built-in barbecue. Roof top sun terrace with superb seaviews.
Apart from 3 steps between the hall/bedrooms and the living room, the villa is all on one level, making it ideal for small children or the elderly. Very spacious lounge/dining room, comfortably furnished and with a lovely marble dining table; Digital satellite TV, radio/casette player, patio doors to terrace and open fireplace. Bright kitchen with hatch to living room, gas cooker and large fridge/freezer. Microwave. Separate laundry room with washing machine and drier.

Car hire is not essential for this property, as everything is within walking distance.
