A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom leads out to the, larger than usual and extremely pretty, garden - which overlooks the 13th fairway of the Royal Course. One twin room with adjacent bathroom. One double room with full en-suite bathroom. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Comfortably furnished living room with television (Sky package) and a dining area. WIFI internet. Lounge opens up to the garden.
Attractive pool (which is completely fenced for the safety of small children). Pool can be heated at supplement (see letting noters)
Traditional style kitchen with dishwasher, integrated cupboards on the large fridge/freezer to match cupboard doors. Outdoor laundry with washing machine adjacent to drying area.
