There's a pool and a well kept lawn in the front garden so you can lounge around here all day long and enjoy the sea view - or you could picnic down on the beach, with the house still just a moment's walk back to the house.
In the evenings you can enjoy an al-fresco meal then drinks on the terrace, and the beach and sunsets are all yours!

This is a superbly situated 4 bedroom villa right in front of the beach between Galé and Salgados.
It is in a peaceful spot with no properties immediately adjacent. You can be on the beach in a few seconds and nearby there are lots of other facilities in Galé - supermarkets, restaurants and cafés that are within walking distance or a couple of minutes drive.
Albufeira is just ten minutes away by car, and this offers all the life and attractions to be expected of a popular holiday resort. Zoomarine and Algarve Shopping are both less than 10 minutes by car. There are many other beaches just a short drive away on this wonderfulful coastline....or you can walk for miles either way along the beach at the foot of your garden.
For golfers the villa is also close to the golf course and driving range at Salgados.
The house is attractively furnished and well equipped.
There are 4 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is a double, en-suite - with both a bath and shower. A second en-suite bedoom has twin beds. Two further twin bedrooms share the other bathroom.
The kitchen is light and modern. It has two ovens and plenty of hob space (4 electric and 2 gas rings), a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher plus lots of storage cupboards.
There is a huge open plan living area with separate lounge, sitting and dining areas. This is light, very well furnished and decorated and although essentially open-plan, the size is such that there are three separate functioning rooms.
The house has air conditioning (supplement applies, if required, see pricing for details).
Outside there are lawns around the house, with a swimming pool at the beachfront side of the villa. There is also a barbecue and gated parking space.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.

Air conditioning is INCLUDED in the price for the period 15th June to 15th September. AT OTHER TIMES, if required, this is charged at 175 euros per week extra.
Telephone call are paid according to meter reading taken at end of stay.
Minimum 12 days rental in peak season (July & Aug), 7 days at other times.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
