Just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Alvor and another 5 minutes to the beach, this one bedroom apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, but still close to everything, including town centre, beach and golf.
With a sleeping capacity for up to five persons, the accommodation consists of :
- One bedroom with twin beds - One double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge - Bathroom with bath/shower, bidet and basin -Living/dining area - Fully equipped kitchen including gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The apartment is air conditioned and has satellite TV (UK channels) and also local Portuguese channels : car parking space.
The apartment is very bright, with a large, south-facing balcony, including an awning and patio furniture.
The apartment is available to be let all year round, with the air conditioning system also providing winter heating.
