This new three bedroom apartment is in a development near Porto de Mós on the outskirts of Lagos. The apartment is south facing and is modern and tastefully decorated.

The apartment has two twin bedrooms with that share a shower room with a power shower, plus one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.

The kitchen is bright and practical and has the usual "mod cons", such as a washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a large terrace off the kitchen which catches the late afternoon sun making it ideal for eating al fresco.

The lounge/dining area looks out onto another large terrace and also the pool area. The lounge has two large comfortable leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a colour flat screen TV, with a SKY digi box and DVD/CD player. There is a quality solid oak dining table that seats 8.

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

The secured fenced garden/terrace area off the lounge has a private gate which leads directly onto the pool area making it an ideal choice for those families with young children as you are able to sit on the terrace and still keep an eye on them at all times.

There is also a parking space in an underground garage in addition to the surface parking.

The apartment is friendly for is suitable for people with mobility problems as there is a lift from the under ground parking area to the ground floor and there are accessible walkways for wheel chair users to the apartment and pool area.
