This is a newly built, spacious 3 bedroom villa with its own pool. The villa is situated in a quiet area of Vale da Telha.

Vale da Telha is located in the Costa Vincentina Natural Park. Only a few minutes drive from 3 lovely beaches, Monte Clerigo, Arrifana and Amoreira. Ideal for swimming, surfing, fishing and relaxing.

The local market town of Aljezur is a short 10 minute drive away and the cosmopolitan town of Lagos is just 20 minutes away.

As you walk in the front door of this villa, you enter a spacious lounge with a wood burner fireplace.

The lounge leads on to the dining area and open plan, fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Both the lounge and the dining area have double doors leading to the pool area.

The three bedrooms are reached via double doors leading off the lounge. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Outside there is a pool terrace with sunloungers and a good sized pool with roman steps. There is a barbecue built into a separate room off the garage. This is an ideal place to spend your evenings, as the doors slide back to let in the evening sunlight or close to keep out the evening breeze.

For those who don´t want to sit back and just enjoy the sun, sea and sand the beaches in this area are world famous for their surfing and body boarding qualities - lots of surf school for first timers to learn to have a go!
