This property is comfortably furnished with all the conveniences you would expect to find in a modern family home.
There is a large lounge with a separate dining area complete with feature fireplace and patio doors to the pool area. There is a fully fitted kitchen with access to a large rear terrace with barbecue and a sheltered seating area.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master being en-suite and two further bedrooms that share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and un-interrupted views to the golf course and the surrounding countryside.
The villa is air conditioned and has an alarm system.
There is satellite TV with a DVD/CD system in the lounge.

Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.
Rental notes:
Tariff per week for up to 6 sharing. For an additional child using a folding bed 20 euros per night.
Cots and highchairs can be arranged at a charge.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
