With a great pool area and views only of the countryside, three good sized bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area and a fully fitted large kitchen, the need to venture far from this wonderful recluse will only be to go out shopping for the next barbecue and to explore the many beaches on offer.
This villa really is a perfect choice for those requiring peace and quiet , whilst not wishing to be too far from the action. It has three bedrooms, with one en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom and a further complete bathroom between the other two bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are fitted with double beds and the other has twin single beds, there is also a double bed setee in the lounge area.
This villa has a great kitchen and outside barbecue next to the pool with lots of space for the sun-loungers. The pool terrace is surrounded by mature gardens.
The lounge / dining area is a good size and has views out to the pool and distant hills. The lounge is fitted with a full free-to-view satellite system and DVD for you and your childrens enjoyment.
There is also a large roof terrace on top of the villa also with outstanding views of the Algarvian countryside.
The town of Albufeira and all its attractions is only a ten minute drive from the villa but there are also various shops ,bars ,restuarants etc at the local villages of Paderne or Tunés around 5 minutes drive of the property.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. Because of unpredicatable currency fluctuations this property is quoted only in euros. Payment can be made in either euros or any other currency but both the deposit and the balance, at the time of payment - not at the time of booking - will be calculated on the rate of exchange at that time.

Up to an additional two children can be accommodated on the sofa bed for a charge of charge of 70 euros per person per week.

A refundable security/damages deposit of 80 euros per person is payable on arrival for this property, this can be paid by credit/debit card.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
