This is a large 4 bedroom villa, which has been configured to allow it also to be let out as two separate apartments. This means that a large family or a group renting the property can enjoy the comfort and space that such a villa affords, but can also enjoy the flexibility of an extra lounge/TV, kitchen and even two pools (front & back!).
The living rooms are spacious with satellite TV and stereo system in both the downstairs lounge and upstairs sitting room. Downstairs, an entrance hall leads to private front entrance and spacious living and dining area which in turn leads on to the pool and garden area. Upstairs, the sitting room has large patio doors leading out to a terrace, with table and seating.
The main kitchen has split level hob and oven, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher (facilities are duplicated in the upstairs kitchen, if needed).
There are two attractive twin bedrooms on the lower floor, one with full en-suite bathroom and one will adjacent full bathroom. Both are furnished in attractive pastel shades and have air conditioning.
There are two further bedrooms upstairs, a delightful master bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom en-suite whilst second bedroom has the main bathroom adjacent.
The private pool 8m x 3m (each apartment has its OWN private pool and both are quite private - the pool for one being at the front and the other at the back, ensuring they do not overlook each other.
There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house and so this lovely property is ideal for summer beach holidays or longer winter lets (which are available November-March at special rates).

Folding beds can be provided for up to two additional children (cost 84euros per week). There is adequate space in the living rooms to accommodate these, as required.
