The secluded pool and outdoor eating area is a particular feature of this house.
Inside, the entrance leads to a hallway with guest cloakroom to the right. Kitchen to the right - all white and with all the usual "mod cons" including microwave and clothes dryer. Off the kitchen is a small utility terrace.
On the lower level are two bedrooms, one small double more suited to a single person and one twin - these two bedrooms share a full shower room.
On the upper level is the master bedroom suite with double bed, sofa, easy chair and table, as well as its own private sun terrace for sunbathing or having a quiet drink. The terrace has pleasant views across the communal gardens.
The larger than usual living room is furnished in shades of apricot and orange. It is open plan and incorporates an attractive dining area near the kitchen. There is a large screen television and CD player/music system. This lovely room leads on to an attractive pool and garden area with table and chairs, barbecue and a wall with climbing plants for extra privacy.
The attractive outdoor area has sunloungers and an umbrella as well as a partly covered terrace for outdoor dining. There are table and chairs for 6 people as well as a barbecue.
