A popular 2 bed townhouse - attached two storey villa - in a gated condominium of 7 privately owned townhouses. This property has its own parking space and a lovely large pool with terracing for sunbathing.
The master bedroom is on the lower level with access to the pool and a private terrace. It has an en/suite bathroom.
The twin bedroom is on the upper level along with the kitchen and open plan living/dining area. The lounge has satellite TV.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher.
There is also a second shower room.
This 2 bedroom Algarve holiday rental is comfortably furnished with all the usual items to make your visit enjoyable. It would be ideal for a family holiday as it is a short walk to the beach and the picturesque village of Luz where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a superb beach.
