This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment is the perfect location for both families, couples ( both rooms can be made as doubles) and golfers. Oasis Parque has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, children's pool and tennis courts.
For beach lovers there's a choice of Alvor, Praia do Vau and Praia da Rocha, all within a 5 - 10 minute drive.
For the children or just the young at heart there are two water parks, Zoomarine at Guia and Krazy World at Algoz, all within a 30 minute drive or less.
The Chão das Donas Portimão Retail Park is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and this has a large 'Continente' supermarket and an excellent food court.
There are a number of local cafés and small restaurants within walking disance of the resort, which itself has a summertime snack bar.

Tariff is per week for up to 4 people sharing.
A refundable security/damages deposit of £200 is payable on arrival for this property.
Please note that four pool/leisure centre passes are supplied with the rental - any additional guests entering the leisure area at the same time would have to pay an additional fee of a few euros. Passes are flexible between guests.
Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.
Payment is by bank transfer in sterling or by credit/debit card in both sterling and euros. 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
A car is recommended for this property but not absolutely essential as shopping is close by. Taxis and buses into Alvor and Portimão are inexpensive and the price of the property will give you extra in the budget for this.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
We can also provide transfers to & from Faro airport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
