This modern ground floor holiday apartment is situated on a small, family friendly complex just east of Praia da Oura ( Oura Beach ) within walking distance of all amenities in the 'new' town Albufeira.
It offers families a choice of two beautiful beaches with easy walking distance Oura and St Eulalia - as well as a great range of shops, restaurants etc.
Nearby, the "Strip" is one long street with a wide selection of restaurants, bars & nightclubs. This makes Praia Da Oura suitable for all types of holidays, whether you are looking for a peaceful break on a golden beach or nightclubs till dawn!
The complex has a 15m x 8m pool, and supermarket, restaurant and beach are all within walking distance.
Mini market and supermarket just a few minutes' walk from the complex.
The apartment has three bedrooms and is on the ground floor, with the terrace facing the pool just a few metres away across the lawn.

Tariff is per week for up to 6 people sharing.
One additional child can be accommodated in a folding bed or cot (extra charge applies).

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
Although not essential for this location, we do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
But even if you prefer not to get behind the wheel that's not a problem as we can arrange a transfer direct from airport to accommodation and back again in an air-conditioned vehicle.
