The villa is in a quiet cul de sac, which has views over to the beach of Porto de Mós. It has its own pool and is fully air conditioned.

This beautiful four bedroom villa sleeps 8 comfortably (max 10) and comprises :
- Master Bedroom (en-suite) with sea views
- Two twin Bedrooms (both en-suite), also with sea views
- Further downstairs bathroom
- Twin Bedroom (downstairs)
- Open-plan lounge / kitchen / dining room
The kitchen is a fully equipped - with a cooker/oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine iron and ironing board as well as a full range of crockery, tableware and glassware.
There is air conditioning throughout with both hot and cold settings. The villa has a TV and DVD along with satellite facilities.
However the highlight of is the private pool with an extensive view to the bay at Porto de Mós. The pool can be heated, if required (additional charge applies).
Outside is a patio table & chairs, together with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. This villa offers a lot of privacy as it is situated in a quiet area and is secured with electric gates & automatic shutters.
The villa is suitable for wheel chair access as all entrance doors are at ground level while there is one bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom.
Bed linen and towels are supplied and changed weekly.
The villa is just a couple of minutes' drive from a variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets on the southern fringe of Lagos. A little further takes you into the historic centre of the town itself, which has a typically continental, cosmopoliton atmosphere in the summer.
Lagos Marina is a great place for people watching and offers many attraction, including dolphin watchung safaris. Lagos Zoo is a 'must see' for children and adults alike. There's also a number of golf courses within a short drive.
Of course the beaches in this area are superb, and there's lots of them. Take a twenty minute drive to the west coast and you can visit one of europe's premier surfing areas.

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. Rental notes:
Tariff is per week for up to 8 people sharing. Up to two additional children can be accommodated on the sofa bed for an extra charge of 75euros / 60GBP per person per week.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Pool heating, if required, is an additional 100euros / 75GBP per week.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros.
Payment by credit card or debit card possible through Paypal - incurs an extra 3.75 per cent charge.
30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking or on request.
The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.
A car is recommended for this property.
We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.
