This bright and airy 2 bedroom holiday townhouse ( half way between apartment and villa!) is well furnished and equipped.
Entrance leads to hallway, modern large kitchen with all "mod cons" and guest cloakroom. A few steps on is the large living/dining room which leads to the terrace.
The terrace has attractive garden furniture and a gas barbecue as well as a pool.
The location offers plenty of afternoon sun and, in high summer, much needed shade.
Upstairs are two attractive bedrooms. Master has a double bed and small terrace off with full en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has twin beds and en suite shower room.
Vale do Garrâo is ideally placed in the centre of the famous "golden triangle". It is located between Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago and a very popular destination.
This 2 bedroom Algarve villa with private pool is just 5 minutes walk to Garrao beach and a 20 minute drive from Faro Airport.

Tariff per week per property for up to 4 persons.
Minimum 7 days rental.
Changeover days can be flexible - please ask.
Extra folding beds (max 1) if required are 75 euros per week per person.
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros. Credit cards payments are available via PAYPAL but there is an additional charge for this service to cover costs (3.5%).
Up to 30 per cent deposit on booking and the balance 10 weeks before arrival. Full terms and conditions on booking.
We can also arrange transfers to and from Faro airport or if, as recommended, you wish to hire a car we can also provide this (please refer to our rates).
