The house is located in the quiet residential area of Vale da Telha in the picturesque Costa Vicentina Natural Park. This is an ideal area for walking, swimming, horse riding, cycling etc.... and of course surfing, body-boarding and sun-bathing on the wonderful beaches in this area.
On entering this house, to your left you will find a bathroom with a shower and the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. This bedroom opens on to an interior garden with a hammock, a perfect area for those who love a quiet area for reading.
To your right on entering the house, you come to a small compact kitchen and the spacious living/dining area with a wood burner. You also have access to the interior garden from the living area.
Off the living/dining area, there is a conservatory with a 3 piece suite. The sofa can also be made into a double bed.
At the front of the house there is a carport. The ideal place for having lunch or dinner alfresco. The barbecue is just to the side of the carport.
At the back of the house there are several fruit trees and grape vines.
Mote about the location :
There are two good supermarkets, several bars and restaurants in Vale da Telha. It's only a few minutes drive to some of the best quiet unspoilt sandy beaches of Western Portugal - Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, Bordeira and Carrapateira.
A 10 minutes to drive takes you to the small town of Aljezur, which has traditional restaurants, banks, cafes, post office internet cafe and a fabulous indoor market, selling all fresh local vegetables, fruit, fish, bread, cheese etc.
The large town of Lagos is a 20 minute drive away. The dolphin viewing trips available from Lagos Marina are highly recommended (dolphins are not guarenteed though!). A visit to the Monchique mountains is also a must, but choose a fine sunny day.
