This beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the luxury private resort near Meia Praia, Logos - although set apart from the main resort so it is quieter and more private. The actual resort boasts a reception, large outdoor pool, children's pool, tennis court and restaurant.

The accommodation is elegantly furnished and has its own private garden. Beaches and golf course are within a very close distance.
The townhouse is on two floors and on the ground floor you'll find the small but fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with access to a small private garden. The lounge has a plasma screen satellite TV with DVD/CD player. There is also a WC on this floor.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One is fitted with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. A flight of stairs takes you to a small mezzanine type floor with another bedroom fitted with a single bed and access to a large private terrace. The three bedrooms all share the full bathroom on the first floor.
This property is ideal for a family getaway. There is 24hr security at the resort.
