The Albufeira tourist 'train' (road not rail!) connects guests to the beach and Old Town every 20 minutes...also a greatg way to get to know the town and get your bearings.

There are several beautiful sandy beaches in the Albufeira area, the nearest being Praia da Oura just 700m away.
Other local beaches include Areias de Sao Joao, Santa Eulalia and Fisherman’s Beach in Albufeira Old Town.

Minimum Rental Period: 5 Nights

Prices are per week per property for up to the maximum number of bed spaces. EG. 4 bedroom villa will be priced for up to 8 people, 3 bedroom for 6 etc. Additional children on folding beds or sofa beds and in cots (unless otherwise stated) will be charged a supplement. See guide notes. If you are at all unsure please contact us at any time by email or phone. Every property is different, as are your holiday needs, and we are happy to advise to make sure you are choosing the right one for your stay in the Algarve.

Rental notes:
Deposit of up to 50 per cent on bookng
Balance 10 weeks before arrival.

We take security deposits of £150 - £250 for guests under the age of 25. £150 for 2 or 3; £200 for 4 and 250 for 5 persons. Deposit is refunded within a week of guests vacating and must be paid in advance or on arrival.

Minimum 7 days rental in high/peak season.

Changeover days flexible.

The property is fully valeted at the end of each occupancy.

We do recommend that you hire a car from us to make the most of the Algarve - it is a wonderful place to explore and there's a lot more to it that just the beach.

We can also arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment.
